The club holds a meeting for members on the first Monday of each month. During the winter months, this meeting is held at the Midland Air Museum, Coventry. During summer months, weather permitting, the meeting is held at the club field located on Stretton Road, Wolston.

* Events and competitions will commence at 18:00 on the same day as the club meeting. The club meeting will follow the conclusion of the event. If poor weather is forecast on the day of the event, the Sunday before or the Tuesday after will be considered as alternatives.
